I have always believed in getting the right people doing the right things at the right time. When someone's knowledge and judgement are valuable, the way we organise work should help them put those strengths to use.

Continuous improvement starts with paying attention: where does someone get stuck, which steps consume their time, and what could make the next attempt easier? I bring that approach to building. Use it, listen, improve it, and check that the change actually helps.

Building with AI agents has expanded what I can put into practice. Alongside the right people, we can now put the right tools to work at the right moment. I set the direction, work with those tools, test the result, and keep refining the experience.

GazeCut grew from a problem I met while making my own videos. I wanted to concentrate on the idea and the person watching, while the studio handled the camera changes. If your strength is teaching, explaining or advising, sharing it should not require spending your evening choosing camera cuts.

That is the experience I am building toward: sit down with something worth sharing, give it your attention, then review your video and put it in front of your audience. Every improvement should make that path easier to follow.
