INVESTORS & PARTNERS

Built to create.
Ready to reach more.

Your expertise. Ready for an audience.

GazeCut helps experts record naturally, review a finished video and prepare it for YouTube. We are seeking a commercial partner to put that experience in front of the people who need it.

The studio we are making simpler. Illustrative artwork.

A FOCUSED STARTING POINT

Expert at the subject.
Solo in the studio.

Start with consultants, educators and trainers who record regularly. Their knowledge already has a purpose: teaching a course, explaining a service or building trust with an audience. The first customer to test is a regular presenter with a repeatable camera setup.

Producing that video asks one person to present and manage the production. GazeCut brings saved setups, automatic camera direction, Pause, screen recording and picture-in-picture into a single recording workflow. The presenter reviews the result before sharing.

THE MARKET CONTEXT

A growing stage.
A specific opportunity.

Creators are becoming an established part of the media economy. Our opportunity starts with the people who need a more manageable way to produce their own presentations.

US$37bn

Projected U.S. creator ad spend in 2025

IAB's November 2025 report projected 26% annual growth in intentional creator advertising.

US$100bn

Paid out across YouTube's ecosystem

YouTube reported this total for creators, artists and media companies over the four years preceding September 2025.

These figures describe the wider ecosystem. GazeCut's addressable software market and customer willingness to pay still need validation.

A PRODUCT YOU CAN SEE

Start with the work.
Build the proof.

The desktop application is working and founder-tested. A separate demonstration mode lets Adam show the workflow while using GazeCut to record the presentation.

The next proof is commercial: new users completing a first video, returning to record again, and choosing to pay. Wider hardware and platform release qualification is still in progress.

THE PRODUCT AND THE OPPORTUNITY AHEAD

From what you know.
To what you share.

Camera direction is the starting point. The product ambition is a dependable path from sitting down to reaching an audience.

  1. WORKING TODAY

    Record and review.

Reuse a saved setup, present across camera views, include your screen and review a finished local video. Optional captions, titles and description tools help prepare the upload.

  2. NEXT TO PROVE

    A confident first session.

Show that a new customer can finish a video on supported equipment, then return and record again with little help. Measure the experience and the cost of delivering it.

  3. FUTURE DIRECTION

    Publish with approval.

Explore a direct YouTube publishing step with a final review of the video, destination and visibility. Publishing integration is proposed; today the creator uploads through YouTube Studio.

A 20-MINUTE VIDEO. A BIGGER PICTURE.

What would you do
with those hours back?

More time for clients, your next lesson, or simply your life. GazeCut directs the camera changes as you present, reducing the cuts you need to choose afterward.

2–5 hours

Imagine saving that on every video.

Illustrative saving for a 20-minute solo presentation, to be validated in timed user sessions. Your workflow and review time determine the actual saving.

IF YOU EDIT YOURSELF

What is your time worth?

Start with $100 an hour, or use the value you place on time for clients, teaching or other work.

$200–$500

of your time per video

$800–$2,000 across 4 videos/month

2–5 hours saved × $100/hour

This values time you could reclaim. It is not additional income or a cash refund.

IF YOU HIRE AN EDITOR

What would the edit cost?

For comparison, budget 3 billed hours at $75 an hour. Adjust these separately to match the work you would hire out.

$225

illustrative editing budget per video

$900 across 4 videos/month

3 billed hours × $75/hour

An editor's billable hours can differ from your own editing time. A quote depends on footage, creative scope and revisions.

All amounts are CAD, before tax. Two alternative comparisons, not a combined saving. Actual net savings depend on work avoided and GazeCut, equipment and setup costs. You still review the result before sharing.

How to read these numbers

The 2–5-hour range is a proposed GazeCut saving, not a measured customer result or an industry average. It describes reduced hands-on work for a repeatable 20-minute presentation. Initial setup, recording, rendering and final review still take time.

The $100 personal rate, $75 editor rate, 3 editor hours and 4 monthly videos are adjustable examples, not surveyed rates or a professional quote. Only editing work you actually stop paying for becomes an avoided expense.

For a published service example, Find You Media lists CAD $550/month for four professional edits. Confirm that your 20-minute video and required scope are included. Its service includes creative work beyond automatic camera direction. Source checked September 6, 2026.

Hiring also means agreeing a brief, supplying footage and reviewing revisions. Use a quote for your actual project. These estimates exclude tax, equipment, software and onboarding costs and are calculated only in your browser.

The value proposition to test: measure the same 20-minute presentation workflow with and without GazeCut, including setup and review, at comparable output quality. Validate the 2–5-hour range before treating it as a customer result. Time value supports the pricing hypothesis; willingness to pay and repeat use still need evidence.

THE BUSINESS MODEL TO TEST

Make it valuable.
Make it accessible.

A premium start for customers who want personal help, with a lower entry point to explore for independent users.

Illustrative CAD pricing for discussion, before applicable taxes. These are proposed offers, with scope and terms still to be validated.

GUIDED STUDIO PACKAGE

Own your setup.

$2,000 once

Proposed software licence, guided setup and training, plus a first-video review. Keep the covered software version, with 12 months of updates and defined support included.

SAME PACKAGE, SPREAD OUT

Four manageable steps.

4 × $500

The same proposed $2,000 total, paid in four monthly instalments. This pays off a purchase. Ownership begins after the final payment; payment and refund terms need confirmation.

SELF-SERVICE OPTION TO EXPLORE

Start with less upfront.

$39 / month

Test monthly software access, or $390 billed annually. Personal setup would be separate. Cancellation, continued-use rights and support scope must be settled before launch.

The initial recommendation is to validate the guided package and instalment option first. Ongoing updates need sustainable funding; unlimited lifetime updates are not part of this proposal. Hardware is separate.

BUILD THE BUSINESS WITH US

Your reach.
Our next chapter.

Adam Goodwin brings product building and operations experience. Our immediate proposal is a focused pilot with one commercial partner: choose an audience, demonstrate the workflow and test a paid offer after release approval. Review the results before expanding.

Meet Adam and explore his background

01 / MARKETING

Turn a demonstration into demand.

Help shape the message, produce compelling product demonstrations, and build a measurable path from interest to a qualified conversation.

A useful first project: ten qualified customer conversations, one demonstration campaign, and a clear record of objections, conversions and acquisition cost.

02 / DISTRIBUTION

Bring it to people you already serve.

Creator educators, studio installers, camera specialists and professional communities can introduce GazeCut in the context of a setup their customers understand.

A useful first project: a proposed three-customer guided pilot after release approval, with defined onboarding and an agreed referral or reseller arrangement.

03 / STRATEGIC INVESTMENT

Help establish repeatable growth.

We welcome capital paired with customer access or relevant operating experience. Priorities are reliable onboarding, platform qualification and a repeatable sales process.

A useful first conversation: cost the next milestone together: qualified equipment, dependable onboarding and a measured customer pilot. Set the funding ask from that operating budget.

THE NEXT COMMERCIAL MILESTONES

Earn the right
to grow.

  1. Prove the first recording.

Observe new users on a defined, supported setup. Measure time to a reviewed video and how much help they need.

  2. Prove the offer.

Test paid demand once release gates pass. Track conversion, repeat recording, refunds and support time across a small customer cohort.

  3. Prove the channel.

Repeat acquisition through one partner or campaign. Expand when collected revenue covers delivery, support and acquisition with room to sustain the product.

A CLEAR VIEW OF THE LANDSCAPE

A focused workflow.
A case to prove.

Free production tools, established studio software and emerging automatic switching products all serve parts of this market. Our commercial case rests on making the whole solo recording journey easier.

OBS offers free recording and streaming. vMix offers both perpetual and subscription licences. Ecamm sells a subscription studio for Mac.

Cam Gaze advertises a closely related local camera-switching approach on Mac. Its page currently shows a sandbox checkout; commercial pricing and performance have not been independently verified.

GazeCut's proposition combines direction with setup, recording and review. Better usability and service are hypotheses to demonstrate, with supported-platform availability to follow qualification.
